Job summary

Golden Goose is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in Lisbon to welcome clients and craft personalized Golden looks that reflect each customer’s personality. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, sharing heritage values, and building lasting relationships through confident selling and tailored recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in luxury retail, is fluent in Portuguese and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

Fluent in Portuguese and English is required.
1–3 years of luxury retail experience is preferred.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to monitor trends and understand the local market.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks to support store goals.
Provide product insights, recommend add-ons, and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
Build and sustain relationships with clients via omnichannel communication and personalized offers.
Contribute to store presentation and visual standards to reflect the brand image.
Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
Leverage digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore) to enhance engagement.
