Job summary

Peopleconquest RH in Portugal is recruiting for River Cruises for the 2026 season. The Front Office role requires a strong hospitality background, a high school diploma, and at least two years in an upscale cruise line or hotel managing guest interactions and confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.

• Must be able to handle confidential information and remain discreet.
• Must be well groomed with impeccable hygiene standards.
• Extensive walking and ability to stand for long periods.
• Hours may vary based on organizational needs and operational demands.
• Guest focused, service oriented, positive, professional appearance.
• Flexible, stress resistant, team player, committed.
• Relative accounting and administration skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral & written communication; second language is an asset.
