Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort in Sagres, Algarve, seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the daily management of the Housekeeping Department and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations. You will guide room attendants and public areas teams, ensuring quality, hygiene and presentation standards are met.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Experience in supervising and managing teams.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
• Team spirit and a hands-on approach to working with teams.
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.

Mansioni

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management and organisation of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Assist and support the room attendants, public areas teams and their respective supervisors.
• Work alongside the Executive Housekeeper to ensure compliance with established quality, service, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Assist with the organisation and allocation of the teams’ daily tasks according to operational needs.
• Provide guidance and support to the teams in their daily operations whenever required.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day situations within the department, contributing to the smooth running of operations.
• Promote effective communication between the Housekeeping team and other operational departments across the resort.
