Job summary

ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel in Lisbon, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort across all areas.

You will lead the housekeeping team, plan daily operations, inspect rooms and public spaces, coordinate with Front Office to ensure a flawless guest experience, and address issues promptly. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate and lead the housekeeping team, promoting motivation, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
• Manage guest requests and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to optimize the guest experience.
