Job summary

Coach Stores, Unipessoal LDA in Vila do Conde region is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxurious, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will build client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to inventory and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environments.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Luxury retail background with clienteling and data acquisition skills including social media/ video demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and promote repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and support daily store operations.
