Discovery Land Company’s CostaTerra Club in Portugal seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, align departments to service standards, and drive member experiences. You will oversee department heads, enforce procedures, and ensure consistent quality across venues and events.

In partnership with the General Manager, you will manage finances, staff development, and strategic planning, while maintaining an active presence with members and guests and reporting operational

Qualificações

• At least six years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated strength in performance management and team development.
• Sound financial knowledge and familiarity with critical-path planning.
• Strong proficiency with operational technology and business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts exceeding eight hours.

Responsabilidades
