Qualificações

• Experience in retail or service preferred.
• University or fashion school degree.
• English fluent (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager and boutique team in sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals (KPI).
• Provide best-in-class customer service in person, by phone, and online.
• Develop local and international client book and recruit top clients.
• Learn product stories and engage clients with knowledge.
• Back-office and boutique order preparation, packaging, and presentation.
