Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a dynamic boutique professional to maximize performance and deliver exceptional service. You will advise clients, promote products, and maintain the luxury appearance and standards of the brand across the boutique.

You will support store operations, participate in campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding Montblanc guidelines and brand integrity.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience (required).
• Commercial maturity and ability to manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of the product and the Brand.
• Professional experience in retail sales (1 year).
• Sales techniques training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets.
• Prioritize product sales and provide expert client advice.
• Maintain brand presentation and boutique appearance.
• Handle customer relations, complaints, and VIP actions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and store activities.
