Christian Dior Couture in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Assistant Internship to join our luxury team. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will learn to deliver exceptional customer care and service quality according to our standards.

You will support the Store Manager and boutique team in daily activities, grow the client book, learn product stories, handle back‑office tasks, packaging, and delivery preparation, and help maintain an immaculate boutique environment.

Qualificações

• Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• English (C1-C2) plus other languages are a plus; basic digital software knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager to achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming, client-focused environment across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Develop local and international client books and recruit top clients.
• Learn product stories and engage clients with knowledge.
• Back-office tasks: prepare deliveries, packaging, and product presentation.
• Maintain boutique order, clean fitting rooms, and organize displays.
