Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks a Spa Receptionist for a luxury Lisbon hotel. You will be the first point of contact, providing an elegant, personalized service that reflects high standards. You will manage reservations, check-ins, and inquiries, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; other languages are a plus. You will work with Spa, Front Office and other departments to deliver a seamless, memorable guest

• Welcome Spa guests and clients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Manage Spa reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Conduct Spa check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide information on treatments, facilities, and retail products.
• Coordinate therapists’ schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining service standards.
• Process payments and cash handling per company policy.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a spotless reception area reflecting luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Spa, Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Follow operational procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction, revenue and Spa performance.
