Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Utilize various sales techniques to attract and retain customers
• Monitor competition and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage budget and expenses related to sales activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
