Pine Cliffs Resort in the Algarve region seeks a Complex Director of Sales to lead sales strategy and revenue generation across market segments. You will drive proactive and reactive sales teams, cultivate key client relationships, and ensure delivery of business aligned with Marriott brand standards.

You will forecast, optimize channels, and lead a team to meet ambitious revenue targets while coordinating with Revenue Management, Marketing and finance to sustain profitability.

Formación

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes the complex-wide sales strategy and annual sales plan in line with Marriott & UHM guidelines.
• Defines sales deployment across wholesale, groups, consortia and weddings.
• Partners with Revenue Management and Marketing on pricing, segment mix, promotions and campaigns.
