valantic in Lisbon is seeking an Automation professional to develop and operate AI-powered solutions that meaningfully reduce the workload of Service Desk and IT Infrastructure teams. You will implement Anthropic- and M365-based AI workflows in production, from automated ticket classification to Copilot integrations, and build low-code automations with n8n and Power Automate.

You will own use cases from idea to production, work closely with Service Desk and Infrastructure colleagues, and stay

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or service delivery.
• Comfortable in Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments – Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, or similar workloads.
• Built AI or automation solutions using relevant tools (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Power Automate, n8n).
• Understanding of modern AI tech (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong communication and structured working style.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, build, and operate AI-powered solutions to reduce workload of Service Desk and IT Infrastructure teams.
• Implement Anthropic- and M365-based AI workflows in production (ticket classification, Copilot integrations, agent-driven IT operations).
• Build and maintain low-code/no-code automations using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Own use cases from idea to production independently.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to translate pain points into automations.
• Stay up to date on AI/automation developments and bring ideas to the team.
