emagine is seeking an Automation & AI Operations Administrator to join a collaborative project environment in Porto, Portugal. This role focuses on ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous operation of automation and AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.
You will monitor workflows, handle incidents, deploy updates, and work with Solution Architects, Automation Developers, and Platform Engineers to improve automation reliability and platform health.
Qualificações
- 0–3 years of professional IT operations experience in a large enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor automation workflows and AI-enabled processes for stability.
- Handle operational requests, incidents, and automation failures.
- Troubleshoot Power Automate workflow issues and coordinate with internal/ external teams.
- Manage scheduled jobs and deployments.
- Maintain documentation of the Automation & AI platform.
