Infineon Technologies in Porto region seeks a Logistics Project & Operations Specialist to ensure delivery of logistics services, drive efficiency, and support digital solutions including ServiceNow projects.

You bring 1–3 years in logistics or global trade, a degree in business or finance, and SAP knowledge; proficiency in Excel/Outlook and English; German a plus. This role collaborates with logistics managers to optimize processes and master data.

Qualificações

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another relevant area.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in logistics, customs, global trade management, or a similar environment, with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and process execution.
• Project management experience or a demonstrated project-oriented mindset, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, and support process improvement and transformation initiatives, is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP is required; experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/process management tools is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Perform freight invoice audit activities for inbound and outbound transportation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, controls, and reporting
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of Shared Services Center Logistics operational activities
• Collaborate with Logistics Managers and stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and process issues
• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve logistics process controls, documentation, quality tools, and audit requirements
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and automation initiatives, including ServiceNow-related projects, in collaboration with IFBP and central teams
• Maintain and support Logistics Master Data, ensuring data quality, timely updates, and compliance with defined standards
• Contribute to workload planning, volume management, and operational service delivery targets
