Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Logistics Project & Operations Specialist responsible for auditing freight invoices, improving logistics controls, and driving ServiceNow-enabled process improvements. • Maintain and improve logistics process controls, documentation and audit requirements.
• Drive harmonization, standardization and automation initiatives including ServiceNow projects.
• Support logistics master data quality and timely updates.
• Contribute to workload planning and service delivery targets.

As a Logistics Project & Operations Specialist, you will ensure the delivery of logistics services while you collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support digital solutions, including ServiceNow-related projects. Perform freight invoice audit activities for inbound and outbound transportation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, controls, and reporting Ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of Shared Services Center Logistics operational activities Collaborate with Logistics Managers and stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and process issues Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve logistics process controls, documentation, quality tools, and audit requirements Drive process harmonization, standardization, and automation initiatives, including ServiceNow-related projects, in collaboration with IFBP and central teams Maintain and support Logistics Master Data, ensuring data quality, timely updates, and compliance with defined standards Contribute to workload planning, volume management, and operational service delivery targets A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another relevant area 1-3 years of professional experience in logistics, customs, global trade management, or a similar environment, with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and process execution Project management experience or a demonstrated project-oriented mindset, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, and support process improvement and transformation initiatives, is considered an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Knowledge of SAP is required; experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/process management tools is considered an advantage Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
