Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a Training & Development Administrator to manage LMS, onboarding of regulated hires, and PST LMS administration. You will coordinate courses, documents, and completion certificates, while supporting CTI University programs and SharePoint sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, experience with complex electronic systems, and strong communication. Hybrid work options, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience using complex electronic systems.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to think critically and learn new systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of training needs and delivery methods.
• Experience coordinating LMS and training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to identify and coordinate training needs.
• Function as an LMS administrator and onboard regulated new hires.
• Maintain user credentials and add courses and documents in LMS/DMS.
• Maintain training documentation for external training and complete helpdesk tickets.
• Serve as PST LMS administrator and connect PST groups and departments.
• Ensure transfer of completion certificates from LMS to eTMF.
• Provide user support for PST Helpdesk tickets and assist Training and Development staff.
• Coordinate CTI University Lecture Series and market trainings to employees.
• Maintain CTI University SharePoint with HR and Training teams.
• Assist in organization-wide training needs assessments and policy implementation.
