Qualifications
- Portuguese language proficiency.
- Interest in online marketing and new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a B2B environment
- Basic coding and debugging skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Availability for full-time training (7–10 weeks)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday between 13:00–22:00
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the online marketing platform
- Use judgment to define solutions and adapt existing processes to craft alternatives
- Apply basic coding and debugging skills to analyze problems
- Support clients via chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
- Work with one of the platform's divisions: Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, Authorized Buyers, Studio
