BauWatch is launching in Portugal, based in Lisbon, and seeks a Service Technician to establish operations and support the deployment of our intelligent security solutions.

You will install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV towers, access control and connected devices at customer sites, while working with the Sales and Operations teams in Portugal and Spain.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role.
• Experience installing or maintaining CCTV/security equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and IP networking.
• Willingness to travel across Portugal, including overnight stays.
• Fluent Portuguese; professional English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission and configure security solutions at customer sites across Portugal.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely or on-site.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment testing.
• Maintain installation records and service reports using BauWatch's digital systems.
• Collaborate with Spain and Portugal teams to ensure quality standards.
