Randstad is assisting a global automation and Smart Living leader to establish a brand-new Finance Shared Services Center in Lisbon. The Purchasing Administration Supervisor will lead purchasing back-office activities, drive standardization, and ensure reliable support for buyers and stakeholders across Lisbon, Cluses, and Zriba pools.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in procurement operations, and fluent English and French.

Qualificações

• Experience in Procurement Operations or Purchasing Administration within a SSC/back-office setup.
• Fluency in English and French for cross-site coordination.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA/Ariba) and data tools such as Excel/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily purchasing back-office activities and manage workload distribution.
• Coordinate multi-site routines across Lisbon, Cluses, and Zriba pools.
• Oversee purchasing master data, contracts, and invoice resolution.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to ensure reliable support for buyers.
