Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring for an on-site, full-time role in an international sales team focused on outbound outreach and digital marketing. You will contact potential customers via outbound calls, present the service, and assist with the sign-up process.

We offer training, meal allowance, private health insurance, and a pathway to a permanent contract. The role is 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts in Lisbon.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound/B2B sales or digital marketing.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
