Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Portuguese Customer Support Advisor to assist customers via calls, live chat, email and social channels. You will help with account setup, verification, sign-in issues, and general platform guidance, acting as a trusted consultant in the sports betting space.

Fluent Portuguese (native) and English (B2) are required, and you should be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and capable of working on a 40-hour week with rotating shifts on site.
