Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Lisbon is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver Massage, Facial, and body treatments with luxury service in our spa and guest suites.

The ideal candidate has certified massage training, spa experience in luxury hospitality, and fluency in English and Portuguese. You will uphold hygiene standards, upsell treatments, and support front desk and spa operations.

Qualificações

• Certified training in Massage/Beautician.
• Practical spa experience in luxury hospitality.
• Additional training in Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue.
• Ability to adapt to different techniques for a personalized guest experience.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest interactions with the highest hospitality; resolve complaints and answer spa inquiries.
• Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments in spa, guest suites, or suitable locations.
• Intuitively upsell treatments, packages, and retail items.
• Communicate guest preferences to extend experience after services.
• Maintain spa rooms and stock levels; ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Support SPA front desk and fitness areas; assist in daily operations.
• Coordinate with Head Spa Therapist and Spa Manager.
