Ferring Holding SA is seeking a GxP Systems & Process Manager in Lisbon to support regulatory IT systems, including Veeva RIM. You will ensure system efficiency and provide user training across document, submission, and information management processes.

The role requires collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, IT, and other functions, with a focus on user support, access management, testing, and inspection readiness in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs or a regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory IT systems and end-to-end processes (eCTD, IDMP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system support and deliver user training in collaboration with colleagues.
• Resolve user-reported issues, including system-related and process-related queries.
• Review and manage system access requests.
• Maintain and update system documentation and user guidance.
• Support system maintenance activities and ongoing development initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes and releases.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement of system usage.
• Ensure inspection readiness in collaboration with your team.
