Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a GxP Systems & Process Manager to support regulatory IT systems, focusing on Veeva RIM applications and document management. You will ensure efficient operation and user support across global teams and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and IT.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in regulatory environments, familiarity with ServiceNow, and strong service orientation to enable inspection readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or IT field.
• 2–3 years in Regulatory Affairs or regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
• Exposure to regulatory IT systems (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system support and training for regulatory IT systems.
• Resolve user issues and manage access requests in a global context.
• Maintain system documentation and guide users on processes.
• Support testing, validation, and ongoing system development.
• Collaborate across Regulatory Affairs and IT to improve usage.
• Ensure inspection readiness with cross-functional teams.
