Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of group bookings and events. You will manage enquiries, prepare proposals and coordinate cross‑department delivery to ensure superb guest experiences and achievement of commercial targets.

The role emphasizes a proactive, autonomous approach with a focus on quality, service and profitability in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple groups and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and cross‑department collaboration.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the Groups & Events business from proposal to delivery.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams and departments for seamless operations.
• Drive revenue growth by maximizing event potential and cross‑selling opportunities.
