Job summary

Management Solutions in Portugal is seeking graduates to join its Technology unit for the digital transformation of client projects. You will contribute to conceptualization and implementation of advanced technology solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex business problems.

The role offers exposure to architecture, Big Data, IT strategy and governance, with training, language courses and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final year students with a solid academic record.
• Get-up-and-go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic. Language skills are a plus.
• Postgraduate studies or specialized courses are an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages, databases and software engineering techniques.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and integrate into multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into Management Solutions' Technology unit focused on digital transformation.
• Contribute to conceptualization and implementation of advanced technological solutions for client projects.
• Work on architecture definitions, Big Data projects, and tool implementations.
• Support IT strategy, governance initiatives, PMO, transformation and efficiency efforts.
• Assist in risk and regulatory management: cybersecurity, data quality and governance.
