Job summary

PwC Strategy& in Portugal seeks a Manager to lead (sub)projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and act as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will work with national and international organizations to develop innovative strategies and transform operating models and digital agendas.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to winning new projects, ensure quality and deadlines, and present results at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD completed with excellent grades.
• Relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or business roles with responsibility.
• International experience through studies or professional activity, comfortable in global contexts.
• Excellent communication skills, in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in common tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) and openness to data tools.
