Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator who speaks Czech to join our diverse team on-site. You will review user-generated content, enforce guidelines, and help maintain safe digital spaces for a global community.

No prior moderation experience is required — we provide extensive paid training. Fluency in Czech and English, EU work rights, and willingness to work full-time on-site in Lisbon are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• Essential: Czech proficiency at least B2–C1 level and fluent English.
• EU/EEA citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content in Czech and English according to guidelines.
• Identify and address policy breaches including hate speech, scams, misinformation, and copyright concerns.
• Monitor trends and escalate critical issues to management.
• Maintain high accuracy while meeting throughput targets.
• Stay updated with evolving platform rules and regional nuances.
