U-Manegroup in Lisbon is seeking detail-driven Czech speakers to join our Content Moderation team. You will screen user-generated submissions to enforce community standards for a global user base, with comprehensive paid training provided.

Responsibilities include evaluating content in Czech and English, protecting platform integrity, and staying updated on evolving safety guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role in Lisbon with relocation and onboarding support offered.

Qualificações

• Czech proficiency: Fluent / C1-level (native status not required).
• English proficiency: Minimum B2 level for internal tools, team communication, and training.
• Work rights: EU/EEA citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.
• Work arrangement: Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lisbon.
• Desirable qualifications: customer support/ moderation experience; knowledge of social networks and digital culture; ability to handle sensitive materials objectively; flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Protection: Recognize and take action on policy violations, such as hate speech, fraudulent activity, misinformation, sensitive media, and copyright infringement.
  
• Pattern Monitoring: Detect rising platform trends, repetitive policy infractions, and urgent concerns to pass along to leadership.
  
• Quality & Accuracy: Exercise sound, impartial judgment quickly while hitting operational output and precision targets.
  
• Policy Compliance: Remain up to date on evolving platform rules, safety procedures, and regional nuances.
