Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to support passengers by phone, email and live chat, handling bookings, inquiries and issue resolution in a fast-paced aviation environment. Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is needed.

Onsite work includes relocation support, meal allowance, health & life insurance, and a competitive compensation package.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
