Flix is seeking a motivated Shop Employee for the Lisbon Oriente station. You will deliver high-quality passenger service, manage ticket sales, and support daily shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role is shift-based, covering a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Join Flix and grow with a tech-driven travel brand.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in transport or retail.
• Proactive, independent and goal-oriented.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and solution-oriented.
• Team player with open communication.
• Comfortable with computers and digital tools.
• Willing to work shift schedules (including evenings, weekends, early mornings).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality service to passengers, including boarding assistance, delays handling, and information in Portuguese and English.
• Manage ticket sales, after-sales services, and daily cash handling in the Flix Shop.
• Handle reservations and cancellations, coordinating with passengers and partners as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and station teams to ensure smooth passenger flow and luggage handling.
• Assist drivers with mobile apps and ticket control, upholding FlixBus standards.
• Inspect timetables and signage at stops, coordinating updates or repairs when required.
