FlixBus is seeking a motivated Shop Employee (m/f/d) for the Lisbon Oriente bus station. You will support daily shop operations, provide high-quality service to passengers, manage ticket sales, and handle reservations with a focus on smooth station flow.

The role is shift-based, covering weekdays and weekends, including early mornings and evenings. You will work with a dynamic team in a busy retail environment and engage with passengers in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or admin is required.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
• Calm under pressure and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality service to passengers and assist with boarding and travel info in PT and EN.
• Manage ticket sales, after-sales services, and daily cash handling.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and changes, communicating with passengers and partners.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and station teams to ensure smooth passenger flow and luggage handling.
• Assist drivers with apps, ticket control, and issue resolution to meet standards.
• Inspect timetables and signage at stops and coordinate updates or repairs.
