Teleperformance Portugal is hiring a Netflix Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to support the streaming platform in Catalan and Spanish markets. Fluency in Catalan and Castilian Spanish is required, with English at least level B1.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, with a 40-hour week and 7-day rotating shifts. We offer a relocation option or local package, healthcare from day one, a two-week English training program, and a clear 12-month contract path with opportunities for permanent employment
