The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for Netflix users. You will handle account management, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and product features via telephone, email, and chat.

• Location: On-site Lisbon, Portugal.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour days + 1-hour lunch), on a 24/7 rotational shift pattern including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Contract: 12-month initial term (uncertain term contract), with permanent employment options after 2 years. 1-month trial period applies.

Requirements & Language Skills

To maximize your chance of selection, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• English Proficiency: B1 level or higher.
• Castilian (Spanish) Fluency PLUS one regional combination:
  • Castilian + Basque
  • Castilian + Catalan & Valencian
  • Castilian + Galician
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, digital adaptability, and detail orientation.
• Company Accommodation: Option to live in a fully furnished, shared company apartment for your first 14+ months (for candidates residing >100km away; all utilities, Wi‑Fi, cable TV, and linens included).
• Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 of your employment contract.
• Paid Time Off: Proportional vacation up to 20 days in year one; 22 days annually thereafter, plus Portuguese public holiday rules.

Training Program

• Duration: ~2 weeks (8 hours/day, conducted in English) covering software, Netflix products, and customer management.
• Agreement & Pay: You will sign a Selection Agreement on Day 1. Training pay is €18.56 gross/day (€92.80/week) with no social security deductions. Successful completion leads directly to signing your employment contract.
