Job summary

Workster is partnering with an international customer experience company to recruit Spanish-speaking Client Advisors for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this customer service role, you'll support Spanish-speaking clients by answering questions, resolving issues and providing clear, helpful guidance. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suited to someone who enjoys communication and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Patient, proactive and professional approach to resolving enquiries.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.
• Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking clients across relevant communication channels.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints and complex situations with empathy and a solution-focused approach.
• Record client interactions and update information using internal systems.
• Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and organisation.
• Follow established procedures and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and deliver a consistent client experience.
