Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join their international team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be able to work in Lisbon. The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating 8-hour shifts, plus flight reimbursement and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
