Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading global streaming platform. You will handle account inquiries, subscriptions, billing, and technical issues with a focus on a friendly, professional customer experience.

Requirements include fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2) and English (B1), plus a customer-service mindset and comfort with digital tools. This is a 12-month, full-time role with rotating shifts and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
