Russian Customer Service Representative in Lisbon!

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via email and chat, primarily in Russian and occasionally in English.
  • Inquiries Handling: Help with inquiries related to account and payment processes, resolving login and registration issues.
  • Account Management: Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information; handle hacked accounts and restore characters.
  • Rewards and Payments: Address questions about the reward program, tokens, and pre-paid game cards, as well as handle payment inquiries and process refunds.
  • Data Management: Professionally manage and protect customer data.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent level of Russian (C1-C2) and B2 level English, both orally and in writing.
