Sonnedix is seeking an HSE Manager based in Lisbon to lead the implementation of HSE programmes across Portugal, aligning with regulatory requirements and Sonnedix standards. You will provide leadership, assurance and technical guidance across the asset lifecycle, overseeing compliance, audits and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Proven expertise in Health, Safety & Environment management within renewable energy projects and operations.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese HSE legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience leading HSE assurance activities, including audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective action management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders, project teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Drives AI and digital tool adoption by sharing knowledge and identifying integration opportunities within the team (AI & Digital Literacy).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Sonnedix's HSE programmes across Portugal, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Sonnedix Standards.
• Provide HSE leadership, assurance and technical guidance across asset lifecycle including development, construction, and operations.
• Oversee HSE compliance, contractor management, audits, inspections, incident learning and continuous improvement.
• Embed HSE into business decisions and operational delivery while supporting accountability across the organization.
