Qualificações
- Qualified lawyer with experience in energy, M&A, or project finance.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Provide legal support for complex energy transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese law and Sonnedix policies.
