Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a hands-on HR Specialist / Local Representative to support operations across Portugal and Spain. Based in Lisbon, the role combines local HR operations and employee support with daily onsite presence for Iberia licensing.

You will act as a local contact for employees, candidates, clients and authorities while supporting the full employee lifecycle. Requirements include 2–5 years in HR operations, fluency in Portuguese and English, and right to work in Portugal with full-time

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in HR operations or employment administration.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Right to work in Portugal and willingness to work full-time onsite in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local HR contact for employees in Portugal and Spain.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and HR records across Iberia.
• Coordinate with authorities and payroll providers; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support HR system updates, leave handling, and reporting.
