Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support Spanish and Galician-speaking customers for a leading global streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact, handling account questions, subscriptions, billing, and technical issues with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) and basic English (B1). You’ll work full-time on rotating 8-hour shifts, with a 12-month contract and opportunities to grow

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B1)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
