smart-recruitments is hiring a Spanish Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon. You will assist customers with account-related questions, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting while delivering a positive experience.

Fluency requirements include Spanish with Basque/Catalan/Valencian or Galician, or English at B1+. The role is full-time in Lisbon, with 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, and health insurance from day one.

Spanish Customer Support Specialist - Lisbon

Are you fluent in Spanish and Basque, Catalan/Valencian or Galician and looking for a new opportunity in Lisbon?

We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join an international project within the entertainment and digital services industry.

In this role, you will be supporting customers with account-related questions, billing enquiries, technical troubleshooting and general information about products and services, always ensuring a positive customer experience.

Language requirements – please note that Spanish alone is not sufficient:

• Castilian Spanish + Basque, OR
• Castilian Spanish + Catalan and Valencian, OR
• English B1 or higher
