Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon is seeking a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon. You will prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails from the menu, ensuring accuracy with orders and our Four Seasons standards.

The role requires extensive knowledge of drinks, excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility with schedules and holidays, and read/write fluency in Portuguese and English; EU work authorization is required.

Responsabilidades

About the role

We are looking for a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon!

What you will do

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards;
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order;
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods;
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests;
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring
