Jobsonboard in Lisbon is hiring Portuguese-speaking Banking Customer Support Specialists for an onsite role. You will support customers through inbound channels, assist with banking-related requests, and ensure a high-quality experience while following compliance and security procedures.

The position includes training, career growth opportunities, and relocation support for eligible candidates ready to build a stable international career in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Portuguese language at C1 level or higher as required.
• English language at B2 level minimum.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking support or related roles.
• Banking knowledge is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support for banking-related inquiries.
• Handle inbound contacts via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist clients with account information, banking operations and service requests.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow internal procedures, regulatory standards, and security policies.
• Escalate complex situations to internal teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Work onsite in Lisbon with performance targets.
