The role requires following safety policies, coordinating with the team, and maintaining professional appearance. Candidates should have strong teamwork and be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualificações

• Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and food presentation standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate ovens and equipment, thaw frozen items, ensure proper portions and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared items.
• Inform chef of select menu items, specials, and out-of-stock items; assist in staff communication during service periods.
