EPAM Systems in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Sample Manager LIMS Engineer to provide post-implementation support, configuration and enhancements for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS in a SaaS environment. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to maintain system integrity and efficiency, manage user access and compliance, and support reports, dashboards and workflows.

This role focuses on minimizing downtime, ITIL-aligned changes, and thorough documentation to meet quality

Qualificações

• Experience in L2/L3 ITIL-aligned application support.
• Hands-on expertise with SaaS versions of Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS (21.x/21.3).
• Proficiency in SampleManager configuration tools (Entity Designer, Explorer, master data management).
• Solid SQL skills for data querying, validation and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS.
• Collaborate with lab users and IT teams to address system needs and inquiries.
• Manage system configuration, user access and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents while minimizing system downtime.
• Handle change and problem management activities aligned with ITIL processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and system changes according to organizational standards.
• Support report and dashboard configurations, workflows and customizations to meet operational needs.
