We Are META in Lisbon seeks a Functional Support LIMS LabWare consultant to configure LabWare modules, manage tests and workflows, and support incident investigations in regulated environments.

You will work hybrid with one on-site day per week in Lisbon, use SQL for data queries, and communicate with lab users to document findings. Portuguese and English (B2) are required, and you must be based in Portugal with work authorization.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare).
• Ability to configure LabWare modules — including tests, specifications, workflows, and instrument interfaces — using native configuration tools without requiring core development or advanced coding.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and diagnosing data within the underlying LIMS database to support incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Background working in regulated laboratory environments such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries, with awareness of applicable quality standards (e.g., GxP, ISO 17025).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact with key laboratory users to clarify requirements, validate issue resolution, and document findings in a structured knowledge base.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, once a week based in Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
