Job summary

Shine is seeking a Segment Marketing / CRM / Customer Journey Specialist to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. You will develop lifecycle strategies, segment customers, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Service, in a hybrid Porto, Portugal setup. English proficiency is required to collaborate across teams and with our European network.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Journey roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle improvements.
• Develop and implement segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
